Focus and Scope

Patanjala: Jurnal Penelitian Sejarah dan Budaya adalah majalah ilmiah  yang memuat hasil-hasil penelitian tentang nilai budaya, seni, dan film serta kesejarahan yang dilaksanakan oleh Balai Pelestarian Nilai Budaya Jawa Barat di wilayah kerja Jawa Barat di wilayah Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta, Banten dan Lampung. Redaksi juga menerima artikel hasil penelitian di Indonesia pada umumnya.

Peer Review Process

Patanjala reviewing policies are:

  • Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least one peer-reviewers.
  • Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers.
  • Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

 

Publication Frequency

PATANJALA is a Journal published online three times a year in the March, June and September.

 

Open Access

PATANJALA provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public to supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Article Processing Charges

Every article submitted to PATANJALA will not have any 'Article Processing Charges'. This includes peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the articles.

 

Plagiarism Check

Every article accepted by PATANJALA shall be an object to Grammarly writing-enhancement program conducted by PATANJALA Editorial Board

 

Accreditation Certificate

PATANJALA has been certificated as a Scientific Journal by The Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) since  2010.

References Management

Every article submitted to PATANJALA shall use reference management application e.g. Mendeley

 

Copy Editing and Proofreading

Every article accepted by PATANJALA shall be an object to Grammarly® writing-enhancement program conducted by PATANJALA Editorial Board.
